The building shows clear signs of aging!!! The indoor pool accessibility is a hassle when it’s cold outside!!! Maintenance on furniture and facilities is desperately needed!!! With so many areas needing improvement, it feels neglected!!!

The outdoor pool was nice, but the rooms really needed some maintenance.

The staff were super polite and helpful. The location is perfect for exploring attractions like the aquarium! And the spacious family room was a fantastic base for our adventures!

Positive, Loved the spacious family room with a tatami area. The onsen experience was amazing, especially the rock pool. Also enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pools. they really catered to us even when the weather changed. Breakfast was one of the best parts of the stay! 😊

during my stay, I loved that it was just a short walk to the Tropical Dream Center and Umegame-kan, both offering beautiful views and lovely strolls, making it a fantastic base for exploring the area while enjoying nature.

It was just a good pick for strolling in Okinawa with a good price-quality ratio. The outdoor swimming pool was nice for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. If you need dining options, check out the nearby food court for some tasty local bites.

We had an incredible time at Hotel Mahaina Wellness Resorts Okinawa! The Standard Family Room was spacious with a lovely tatami area, making it perfect for relaxation. The onsen experience was truly amazing, especially the beautiful rock pool. With both outdoor and indoor pools, we were well taken care of, even when the storm forced the outdoor pool to close. The breakfast was a highlight, offering lovely options to start the day!

We had a lovely time exploring the area and taking advantage of marine activities like snorkeling. The convenience shop onsite was great for quick snacks. With a spacious family room and an inviting tatami area, it felt like a home away from home, especially with our newborn.

In my wife's opinion, the check-in process was a bit disorganized.
